Holmes Murphy's St. Louis office is looking for a highly dependable and motivated insurance professional who is interested in following a career path as a Senior Account Manager in its Employee Benefits department. Responsibilities: Assist Account Executive with sales and marketing of new/renewal accounts. Evaluate needs/risks of clients, including data analysis, to create innovative group insurance programs. Develop client relationships by providing professional and timely technical expertise. Requirements: Minimum of five years experience in life/health, employee benefits, human resources or provider organization. Candidate must have experience with both large and small groups and experience with self-funding. Active Missouri Life/Health insurance agent license; technical designations preferred. Strong analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills. Strong computer skills with working knowledge of various software packages, including, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
